My favorite restaurant, Fanellino in Staffoli

One of my favorite restaurants is not far from my house in Staffoli; its name is Fanellino.
It is a well known place to eat very good fish dishes and typical Tuscan products.
The place is very warm and hospitable with a fantastic atmosphere.
The staff have a good know-how about all the dishes and they are very friendly and funny.
Here I ate one of the best dishes ever: Filetto di maiale lardellato con crema di patate al Marsala; it is a pork fillet of beef rolled in the lard with a cream of potatoes and Marsala wine.
This dish is a mix of different flavors and all the ingredients are fantastic. I always eat this when I was in this great restaurant and I suggest it to everybody!
