CACCIUCCO

I like it because I like fish,  and this dish is one of the best sea food dishes!!!!

Ingredients for 5 people:

- 700 grams of mixed fish
- 40 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- half an onion, parsley and garlic
- 300 grams of ripe tomateoes
- salt and pepper
- vinegar and water

PREPARATION

-  For 700 grams of fish, cut fine half an onion and put it to brown with oil, parsley and two cloves of garlic.

- When the onion begins to brown, add 300 grams of tomato pieces and season with salt and pepper.

- Cook the tomatoes, adding a bit of vinegar diluted in a glass of water.

- Lei it boil for a few minutes and remove the garlic.

- Finally add the fish and cook until it is ready.

It is generally served with toasted bread.
