Pizza 🍕

                 PIZZA

Ingredients for 2 people:

For the dough:

250 g flour 

1 dl of lukewarm water

15 g of yeast

salt

For the topping:

1 kg ripe tomatoes

250-300 g of mozzarella

olive oil

basil

salt

RISING: 30 MIN

BAKING: 20MIN


PREPARATION:

- Place the flour on the kitchen table and form a hole in the center;

- Pour the water in the center of the flour;

- Add the dissolved yeast with the water;

- Begin to mix the dough;

- while you knead, pour the olive oil and add the salt dissolved in a little water;

- Continue to knead vigorously, until the dough reaches a good consistency and it is not sticky;

- After working the pizza dough for about ten minutes, cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for at least 30 min.

-after that, roll the dough out with a rolling pin and season the dough with tomato sauce, cheese, basil and oil---> Pizza margherita... or you can season it with anything you want, such as: mushrooms, ham, seafood...

Bake it in a pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
