FILETTO IN CROSTA

My favourite typical Tuscan dish is filetto in crosta. It is made from a fillet of beef, a loaf of bread and some bacon. This dish is very easy to make: you put the fillet of beef inside the loaf of bread and seal it with some bacon. Then you bake it in the oven wrapped in an aluminum foil for about an hour. To prepare this dish it takes about an hour and thirty and when you take it out from the oven you should serve it immediately. If you don't eat it immediately it's not very good. I like this dish so much because it is made from some of my favourite foods such as bacon, meat and bread.
I recommend it to everyone! 

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
- a loaf of bread;
- a fillet of beef;
- 200 gr of bacon.
