Chocolate cake



Ingredients
250 grams of dark chocolate
80 grams of butter
3 eggs
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoons of grated nuts

-  Melt the butter in a plate on a pan of boiling water,
-  Melt the dark chocolate at low heat,
-  Add the melted butter to the melted chocolate and mix,
-  Add  the eggs, both albumen and yolk,  in the mixture as well as the sugar and finally the flour,
-  While stirring, put the nuts in the mixture,
-  Lay some baking paper in a cake tin,
-  Pour the mix in the baking tin,
-  Bake it in the oven for 35 minutes at 200 C°,
-  Remember to put at the bottom of the oven a high temperature resistant bowl full of water, it will make the chocolate cake softer.

I chose this food because I like cakes very much, and I love chocolate, and because cakes are the food that I cook more easily.
