The restaurant where I like going is “Lago di Varramista”, that is located in my village, Montopoli in Val d’Arno. This restaurant is very nice because the dining area is in front of the lake, and it is located near a castle! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the chef is very capable. There are three rooms, 2 for the winter and then inside the restaurant and 1 outside the restaurant, for the summer. The food is very good, fish, meat and pizza. The pizza is baked in the traditional oven. The typical meal is Lasagne. It is very delicious. There is a relaxed atmosphere. It is great to spend a quiet evening, and you won't spend much, because the price is affordable!
